Specialist examination with a thesis on the adolescent crisis. Obtaining the FMH title for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
2002-2005
Three-year part-time psychotherapy training in the Systemic-Family-Couple and Sexual Therapy Institution in Meilen by Zurich/Switzerland
2007-2009
Work in the social psychiatric practice in Winterthur. Here, increased work with adolescents with addiction. Collaboration and networking with addiction prevention centers, schools. Experience in family coaching, mediation, and couple counseling.
2010-2014
Own practice with treatment of all psychiatric disorders. Additionally, family and couple counseling, sexual counseling, mediation.
Further training in analytical and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy.
2014-2020
Work at the Medical Center Löwenstr. in Zurich. Expansion of a department for the treatment of non-substance-related addictions, primarily online addiction. Participation in psychiatric conferences and further education in Switzerland and abroad (Germany, Vienna, several cities in Hungary, Budapest).

2021
Establishment of my private practice for coaching and counseling. Here, primarily couple counseling, family counseling, mediation, sexual counseling, help, and coaching for non-substance-related addictions.

Summer 2023 expansion of my private practice with offerings for male-specific topics, under the motto "Menhealth – the holistic way to manhood." Coaching for men and couples, sexual counseling. Coaching for burnout, bullying prevention, health coaching.

Whether it's hypersexuality, excessive porn consumption, fading sexuality in a relationship, vaginismus, anorgasmia, or fetishes – with a lot of courage, sensitivity, and years of experience, I address all concerns and problems and help find individual solutions.
Men`s counseling
My many years of experience in couples counseling, sexual counseling, and health coaching show that currently, 70% of registrations are made by men. Additionally, there have been times in my career when I had more men than women in psychotherapy.
Not only the image of women is changing, but also the image of men. The stereotype that men are reluctant to visit a doctor, and even more so a psychiatrist, coach, or counselor, is no longer valid.
Therefore, my practice "Menhealth – the holistic way to manhood" focuses on coaching and counseling for men.
